Returns & Exchanges
Returns for refund to original payment method must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date and sent back to us within 5 days of your return request approval. Late returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges will be accepted for the same style in a different size, all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.
Returns for store credit will be accepted within 28 days from the delivery date and must be sent back to us within 5 days of return request approval.
We only offer store credit or exchanges on all sale items.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. We will not accept clothing that shows any signs of wear.
Initial shipping fees are not refunded.
Return costs are not covered by Susamusa, returns can be sent back with the shipper of your choice.
Susamusa reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a request on the system.
If you received an item that is faulty or damaged, please email hello@susamusa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Enter your order number and email address or postcode associated with your order
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return
- Select the return method you prefer
- Once approved you will receive an email with the next steps
- Please allow 5 working days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our studio
International returns should be marked as 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid any delivery delays.
